ADEA эк. тр., амер. закон "О возрастной дискриминации при найме"* (направлен на защиту прав на труд граждан в возрасте от 40 до 65 лет; запрещает работодателям дискриминировать работников по возрасту при приеме на работу, увольнении, продвижении по службе, установлении оплаты труда и дополнительных выплат, распределении трудовых заданий и обучении; принят в 1967 г.)

Закон о дискриминации при найме на работу: федеральный закон (1967 г.), который запрещает дискриминацию по возрасту при приеме на работу компаниями с более чем 20 занятыми, профсоюзами с более чем 25 членами, а также службами занятости (США); в 1978 г. была принята поправка для защиты работников в возрасте до 70 лет, а в 1986 г. - для защиты права обязательного ухода на пенсию.
